To join our coaching staff—and especially to be considered as a head coach—candidates must demonstrate a proven commitment to youth soccer excellence, leadership, and ongoing coach education.

Minimum Requirements:

To qualify as a head coach at German Canadian London FC, you must satisfy the following:

• Successfully completed all required Soccer and NCCP courses:
  1. Active Start theory Component
  2. FUNdamentals theory Component & Practical Component
  3. Learn to Train theory Component & Practical Component
  4. Soccer for Life theory Component & Practical Component
  5. NCCP Make Ethical Decision (MED) Workshop
  6. NCCP Make Ethical Decision (MED) Online Evaluation
  7. Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders (Soccer)
  8. NCCP Making Head Way in Sport
  9. NCCP Emergency Action Plan
  10. NCCP Understanding the Rule of Two
• Provide 3 professional references who can speak to your coaching experience and leadership qualities.
• Have a minimum of 3 years coaching soccer in London, Ontario.
